Result: ✅ Carried

Item 3 — Increased Sanctions for Slow Play
Result: ✅ Carried

Item 4 — Umpire Expenses (Compensation for No Teas)
Result: ❌ Rejected

Item 5 — Promotion into Championship from Conference
