It has been decided by the Executive Committee that with immediate effect, umpires in the 1st XI Competition (Premiership, Championship and Conference) and Sykes Cup Competition will no longer implement Law 42 (Levels 1-4), and the on field penalties associated with them.
All disciplinary matters shall of course continue to be reported by the umpires, and any appropriate disciplinary action taken.
