We are delighted to announce a new commercial partnership with Pearson Financial Wellbeing, who will sponsor the league’s two leading competitions — the Sykes Cup and the T20 Trophy / T20 Shield — for the remainder of the 2025 season and the full 2026 season.
Pearson Financial Wellbeing is led by Eden Pearson, a familiar face in local cricketing circles and a current player at Scholes Cricket Club, who brings both professional expertise and a deep personal connection to the league.
League Chairman Trevor Atkinson, who has been in discussions with Eden for some time, expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership:
