The 2022 David Boulton Award for most sporting team was keenly fought with Thurstonland 1XI coming out winners for 2022. The award has been based on a new scoring system implemented by umpires where each team was marked following each match by the two acting umpires.
Honley came out on top for Premiership teams for the sporting way they went about their business on the field with Rastick topping the Championship table. However Thurstonland, who were the fairest Conference team picked up the award for a better average over the campaign.
