The prestigious Jack Gledhill Memorial Trophy for Best All-Rounder of the Year (2025) has once again been awarded to Timmy Taylor, marking his third time lifting the honour after previous wins in 2017 and 2022.
Taylor’s outstanding performances throughout the 2025 season have firmly cemented his status among the league’s elite, playing a pivotal role in Honley’s strong campaign and amassing a remarkable 1,013 runs and 47 wickets across the season.
Despite Taylors individual success,Honley found themselves avoiding relegation clinging on by just 1 point in a soggy end to the season.
By reclaiming this coveted trophy, Taylor joins an elite group of multiple-time winners, standing alongside Paul Booth (three-time winner) and Steve Whitwam (ten-time winner). His consistent excellence with both bat and ball has rightly earned him this accolade once more, reaffirming his reputation as one of the league’s most formidable all-rounders.
This award will be presented at the 2025 Awards Evening on 28th November
