In the first episode of the New Year, we invited Kirkburton’s colourful character Dale Winterbottom on to discuss his club career; a Sykes Cup finalist with Kirkheaton in 2004 and enjoyed spells at (now defunct) Bradley Mills and Lepton Highlanders along with Shelley and a spell away at Ossett.
We also look at the main changes to rules in the upcoming season which includes a radical refresh of the T20 Trophy tournament and reflected on the recent passing of ‘JT’ Holmes.
