Scorers using Apple devices for scoring via play-cricket’s native Scorer app will need to ensure their devices are updated appropriately before they begin scoring matches this season.
The ECB has stipulated devices running play-cricket Scorer must be iOS 12.0 or above for the app to work cleanly and efficiently on matchday.
To check your device, simply go to Settings, then General and then About. The Software Version should begin with a 12. (e.g. 15.3.1). The update should only take a few minutes but ensure it is connected to the mains & wifi when doing so.
